Belen joined the Ramsey Municipal Alliance in February of 2025 and currently serves as Grant Coordinator. A Ramsey resident since 2013, she lives with her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters. She holds an MBA with concentration in Human Resources and brings extensive experience in the administrative and operational aspects of business management. In addition to her professional background, Belen has volunteered as Treasurer for other nonprofit organizations and co-chairs the Ramsey Stigma Free Committee. She is deeply committed to supporting the community and fostering engagement, actively participating in numerous events and fundraisers supporting women's organizations and mental health initiatives.
